Scheduling the mail sending attachments using PL/SQL

Hi I need to send an updated select statement by email from PL/SQL.
This should be automated process. I am able to send email from PL/SQL
but not sure how to schedule this as automated process. also can any
one help me how to send attachments using pl/sql mails.
