"PC Support Specialist" is nothing more than a title - when people ask, I usally say that I fix computers (it is amazing how many people make assumptions about that title). I am the DBA, lead programmer, IT manager, and am a certified computer instructor.

If I need to quickly look up the syntax of a command or to quickly determine how something works, the Sam Alapati book is usually the first one that comes off the shelf. That is saying something, considering that there are at least 17 other Oracle books sitting on the shelf next to it that I have previously read cover to cover, and a couple others that just keep the good books from falling over.
