Made a quick glance to it and it seems to me one has to be a
professional eater to be fully compliant with this thing. You have to
spent eight hours a day planning how many cups of what coloured thing
you should be eating and if you already had enough spoons of proper
oil. Maybe this pyramid can make you living until 150, but you will
spend most of it counting spoons and cups. :-)
