set nls_lang="Dutch_The Netherlands.WE8PC850"



would be a typical command for a DOS session in the Netherlands.



Obviously it would be "German_Germany.WE8PC850", assuming Oracle
doesn't recognize "Schwytzer Deutsch" ;)
