Guys,

I am trying to use SQL against an Oracle 10g database to get the following metrics:

Ideally we could get these figures every x seconds and the metrics reported would be only for the period from the last retrieval to this one - although I am sure this can be done in an external script and the dates/time supplied as part of the SQL.

I know I will be using V$ tables but there seems so many and its pretty confusing to someone who doesn't know Oracle that well; and 10g even less.

If anyone could supply the SQL or point me at the right tables and columns I'd appreciate it a lot.
