Oracle Upgrade Concerns

Hi All,

We are testing the Oracle Upgrade to 9.2.0.7. We are currently on 9.2.0.5. After the upgrade ran, we noticed several issues which raise concerns for us.

First, I saw the following scroll by as the upgrade was running and want to know if I should be worried about it:

Second, I made sure all the objects in the database were valid. However, after the upgrade we have tons of things invalid. What really makes me worried, is why all the Materialized Views are invalid??
