You define RE anyway you wish. If Larry's attorney's get fine you you may get an object lesson in THEIR definition and it could be very expensive. Reverse Engineering is specifically prohibited. Announcing that you also didn't pay the required license fee will no doubt further endear you to them.

Have you considered painting a bright red target on your back?
