Order by gets/Buffer Gets are knows as logical reads. When a query requies data to retrie, it will first look into the buffer cache, if found, it will do the logical reads, else it does the physical reads and keeps the data in the buffer cache.

• Executions, Total number of times that this sql runs during the statspack report time.
• Gets per Exec = Buffer Gets/Executions
