If you don't see any segments in this tablespace from dba_segments, you can be sure , this is an empty tablespace. In addition, Oracle will prevent you to drop a nonempty tablespace, so you'll hit an ORA-01549 if you try to drop tablespace with some segments, to force it you should specify INCLUDING CONTENTS.
