Why do you need metalink access?



Typically a business pays for oracle licenses and the people that work
for that business are allowed access.



If you need access to patchsets and patches then a business of some
kind should be the responsible party.



If you are trying to patch systems that do not have a support contract
... that can and should be something to avoid.
