Veritas Cluster, 10g EM agent configuration

This is just a simple question that's probably been asked before but I can't find the answer either here or in the Oracle docs.

I have a two node Veritas cluster. Each physical node runs two virtual hosts (total of 4 on the cluster). Since there is the possibility of any of the virtual hosts running on either of the physical hosts, shouldn't  each 10g EM agent be configured with it's own unique port # in emd.properties relative to the entire cluster? I.e. if there are four VIP's, shouldn't there also be fore unique port #'s used?
