I have the reports etc consolidated and delivered in HTML pages,
retrievable


via any browser. In this way, anyone can access to it (including
management).


Using HTML,  I can highlight exception to get me to the errors. I would
say it is


more effective than going over dozens of email. Morever, nothing to
change if I am


on vacation or just leave the company
