Utility for DBA or developer?



I am mostly a DBA,  and among all the tools I have used,  DBArtisan
from Embarcadero is definitely the best.  No java stuff,  very clean
desktop design,  its realtime Data Monitoring module very efficient and
smart, and it's fairly light as an appllication.
