proC install download from Oracle

SuSe9 desktop, Windows 2003 Oracle DB Server.

Hi, I'm wanting the minimal install to write in gcc/g++ using *** ProC ****.

By clicking on "SDK", and being directed to "developer suite", I thought I was on track.

Alas no. Can someone post to the thread to direct me to the appropriate minimal install for ProC & supporting libraries.
