Well, of course there is this weird developers portal: http://www.kor.dk/borge/inflate.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.devshed.com%2Fc%2Fb%2FOracle%2F&style=right where they try to keep one step (or should I say two?) ahead of the rest in a weird, funny way.
You'll find lots of info on '11g' there, including a review of "Oracle Database 11g DBA Handbook" by Kevin Loney and Bob Bryla :-)
