How does that apply to the OP's original question? How does that 'recover' these 'transactions' during startup? The original post is shown below:

" I had some prob. in my database so I shutdown abort Now while starting database I need to recover uncommited data also.

HOW............................."

Your suggestion applies to one table of his choice, not all; how does that recover 'uncommitted data' for every transaction running at the time of the failure? I fail to see how your 'solution' is applicable to this situation. Possibly you can enlighten us all?
