 Oracle SQL Developer for Windows

To install and run:

 Oracle SQL Developer for Windows, with JDK 1.5 already installed (26,974,391 bytes)
For developers with JDK 1.5 already installed To install and run:

 Oracle SQL Developer for Linux and Unix   (26,974,391 bytes)
To install and run:
