You have a screwed install on server 2, mixing libraries from two different Oracle versions and/or mixing 32-bit and 64-bit dll's

Your problem has nothing at all to do with RMAN as libclntsh is the central interface to Oracle.

I guess you need to
- resort from hacking (see above)
- re-install
