Then fire up Remote Desktop, log on to the Windows machine, using your domain Windows account, and be done with it.

What's it gotta do with Oracle - a Windows Domain account seldomly has anything to do with oracle!

Ok, rant mode off. Next step, after you used RD: set your environment (oracle_sid) and fire up SQL*Plus, or it's windowed companion, sqlplusw.

And if you still are denied, show (cp/paste) us the output
