Oh, man - my environment has been running various versions of Oracle on
AIX for years - and now this new crew has been hired out to take over
the IS of the entire organization, and want to change from Oracle on
AIX to SQL Server on Wintel. Why, you may ask? Well, because that's
their standard!



Gotta love it. Standards for their own sake, with no regard for what
works or what breaks... might as well just garotte me and get it over
with.
