Are you running the exact same loads against the single app server environments as you are when you test it with the clustered app server environment?

Could you be more specific about what "worked well is"?
--------That means the application working in the normal speed even if
the number of the visitors are large.

Could you be more specific about what" will quickly slow down" means.
--------That means the application run slow.

Can you narrow it down to _what_ part of the application "slows down"?
--------That means the web respond speed slows down.
