Daniel, since you are the expert, maybe you can find the quote where any of these talk about data-mining and statistics. But then again, maybe the reason for these rules is because some confuse statistics with accounting.
Also the rules do not specify that you have to be able to get PIT answers for the state of the database. Many roads lead to Rome.
