I run Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bi
on AIX 5.2 ML07. I have very often problem with listener not accepting
connections. "lsnrctl status" hungs. ps shows hat the listener has
created another copy of itself before getting hung.
$ ps -ef | grep 3035354
oracle 532616 3035354 0 17:36:32 - 0:00
.../product/10.2.0/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -inherit
oracle 3035354 1 0 10 fév - 2:55
.../10.2.0/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -inherit
Is it problem with UNIX kernel that could not spawn another process or an oracle parameter like queue size or just a bug ?? Received on Fri Feb 17 2006 - 09:23:09 CST
