  You know very well it was implemented with Microsoft's traditional   impeccable foresight and precision - performing flawlessly for the cadre   of developers who will make appropriate use of the capabilities after   having studied them, and their impacts, very carefully.  

  And the resulting data will be used by upper management of many companies   to make critical business decisions.
