Do you mean that you imported the data into the UTF8 database, then started working with it, the database got corrupted, and THEN you discovered that some data didn't make it in the original import?
In that case I would suggest that you first try to repair the corruption and then worry about the missing records. If you fiddle around with a corrupted database, the corruption may well get worse.
If in doubt, buy support from Oracle to fix your corrupted database. Then address the other problem.
