Are you referring to "Oracle Integration InterConnect"?

If yes, I would not count on it - XE does not include Java in the database, and (if memory serves) interconnect uses some XML/XSLT functionality that depends on Java.

Best to ask Oracle directly.

If no, then please explain in more detail.
