That's "bits", not "Bytes"!
In bytes, that's around 3.333 MB/s.
Which is fine with most current hardware. 40000 records/sec means nothing: what we need to know is how many bytes/rec on average, and how many rows can be batched into a single write operation. Received on Wed Feb 08 2006 - 05:57:39 CST
