Do you mean that 9.2.0.7 may have some bugs fixed that are not fixed yet in 10g? (sorry if this sounds as a stupid question, I really don't know the timeline of Oracle releases).
I will try to prepare an isolated test with only oci library calls. By the way, due to several reasons we still build with 7.3 library stubs, though our applications work on the boxes where 9th and 10th clients are installed and should use their code. Still, could this be a problem?
