Hmmm, there are so many releases of 9i and, not knowing which one you're using, well, that just makes it difficult to really give you a good solution, if what you *really* want is a process to generate an Excel-friendly text file you can email to any customer you wish. Maybe if you could ask the question better, you'd get better feedback...
