Just
a) read the installation manual
b) when prompted for the Oracle_home during installation provide two different answers (for the name of the home and the directory) c) when prompted for the SID supply a sid d) If follow this procedure /etc/oratab is updated and dbstart will run automagically. That's what it is for.

Questions like this one are really pathetic. The answers are readily provided in the installation documentation, but somehow you seem to *refuse* to read it.
