Well, one basic thing I discover how to do.

I may create a trigger after servererror and capture just the errors ai Like, But i will only have the user tried in the login, not the extra data, still just looking in auditing.

But, as there is a relative small number of login to our "special" users, there may be a reduced incidence of error, and in this case, I may even do some selects in the auditing, when the number of errors surpasses a limit.

I mean, if there is one failed login attempt with some user, I may be an authorized person trying with a typo. Two or three, in sequence, becomes a problem. Received on Fri Feb 03 2006 - 07:57:28 CST
