Hi Eveybody

Just to say thanks to all those that have posted, I am currently busy on something else at the moment but I will attempt to look in to the suggestions made at some point. The application is definately reporting the error as 15500, it is not the customer mis-reading as we have a screenshot.

Anyway, thanks to those that posted, I will try to update if I find anything useful.
