You poor chap! IBM global services don't understand the first thing of providing a service, other than worrying about how much money the manager can save each year to go towards his bonus (and you'll love the useless PBC progress)

Absorb as much as you can, get a mentor asap prefer one from the toptec list, learn and then move on ... unless you want to get constantly p*ssed off with management trying to constant reduce your costs, or giving a shit to how things should be done.
