you're seeing the 'recycle bin'

lookup of the DROP TABLE command and you'll see the PURGE option, which does an absolute drop, and then look up the PURGE command to see how to get rid of your 'junk' (recycle bin) tables -- which will cross-reference you to the FLASHBACK TABLE command.
