Dear Sybrand,

Sorry if I sound arrogent, that was not my intention and I've no reason to be such.
I think that this is quite general problem. I like to discuss what are my possibilities. I'm seeking solution that is less error prone, easien to install and maintain.

To my knowledge I've two solutions:

  1. Install 10.1 client to all systems.
  2. Compile my code against 10.1 and 10.2 ODA.

Is it possible to dynamically detect what ODA is available and use that in my .net code.
I think my code is compliant with both of the versions because it works fine with both ODA:s without code changes.
