Need help please with a restore

Hi,

It's been a while since I have had to restore an Oracle backup and I'm having problems finding the information that I need.

I have a 9i release of Oracle running on Windows 2003 (no service packs). I do on-line backups every night. The user's group is having a beta server set up. I'll need to restore the on-line backups from the production server to the new beta server. This is where I need the help or at least a pointer to where I can find documentation on how to restore a Oracle on-line backup from one server onto another.
