Yes,I am on Windows.
must I using service name like "conn /@ora92 as sysdba" ,when I want to connect to oracle as sysdba in sql*plus? many example on the book , it just use "conn / as sysdba",no service name
there is no problem in listener ,because I can connected when database startup .
I can't connect as sysdba without service name or connect to idle database .
