Six?!? What a luxury... SAME (Stripe and Mirror Everything). Fast and Safe (but relatively expensive). That would be raid01, not 10.

Else:
Disks 1 and 2: OS and Oracle binaries.
Disks 3-6: ASM disk group (possibly 1 hot spare)
