Use the crsctl (voting disk) and ocrconfig (ocr) command line tools.
See chapter 3 of the 10.2 Cluster Admin and Deployment Guide
(B14197-03). There is some additional info in the Solaris-specific
RAC/Clusterware book (B14205-01).
