deinstall 10g from xp

Hi,
I am new to Oracle and need some help. I installed 10g on my laptop with windows media center. I had problems logging into the SQL editor. I tried deinstalling 10g and still was left with 10g in my drive. How do I clean it all up and then reinstall 10g or an earlier version of oracle.
