Hi All,

  Thank you very much for all your time to help me out.(answer my question).
I think I got it now.

Right now I will really really clean it up: 0) Export perfstat tablespace.
1) sptrunc.sql and then resize the datafile to smaller size (and then start all over again).
2) for future, I will use the method to sppurge and also move the table to make the HWM drop...

I agree, probably the statpack table is using the default table PCTFREE and PCTUSED
which is not that good.
