This was not driven by a need for 9207, rather some broken stuff in
9204. SSL stuff in the advanced security product. Our cert authority
was providing a cert with an RSA Public Key of 1024 bits. 9204 chokes
on that requiring only 512 bits. I believe it was Mladen who said the
9206 had some wrong result issues that were pretty ugly.
I've never done this before, if I patch from 9204->9206->9207 can I
skip the post-install steps such as catproc on the 9206 install or do I
need to do these steps twice?
