Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options

 No argument there, and it applies even more so to 10g, but rollback segments are still there in 10g "for compatibility with earlier versions of Oracle Database", to quote the manual.
