My favorite solution is to install FC4 on an intermediate box, start up NFS4 (the latest and the greatest one) and create shared files there. I consistently use JFS as a file system on Fedora. More on NFS4 can be found here:

In essence, what you get is your very own NetApp device (minus, of course, backup, admin utility, snapshots and the rest of the end-user niceties).
So, instead of playing with SCSI, FireWire adapters and @#$! OCFS, you can set up everything the easy way and make Oracle believe it has access to a network appliance. Files can be shared, voting device can be a normal file and you get the same thing as with SCSI or IEEE 1394 and you don't have to play with downloading separate kernels and stuff. One can get an extremely decent workstation for $500, so it's not that expensive.
