Nah. Everyone knows it's really Zulu time.

(That is, everyone with a pilot's license knwos.)  

UTC really stands for Coordinated Universal Time - someone was half smashed when they came up with the UTC TLA.

And Greenwich? The latitude of Greenwich [Village] is 43.090N. The longitude is -73.499W. ... that only makes sense when your stoned. <g>
