I thought that this query helps me understand why flush helps .. it's not.

I think there is too many cursors in memory (cursor_space_for_time = TRUE ,session_cached_cursors = 320,open_cursors = 640) or some garbage ..

The point is : it was 130-140 concurrent sessions - then was no error , there is 30-40 sessions - it is an error from time to time ..

Maybe I need Harry Potter to cast a spell :)
