If someone approached _you_ in the street wearing say, a sandwich board, depicting the headline:

        "JPMorgan Chase to strengthen offshoring to India"

and then, with no further introduction, said, "Three to four years ago, I heard lots of Indian IT people in NYC area claimed that they could work for FREE if they can get visa/GC sponsorship."

What part would you not understand?

Why does this scenario make "absolutely no sense.." [to most people working in the IT industry]?
