Check the init.ora service_name parameter against lsnrctl services and
the service_name= parameter in your tnsnames.ora.
Which would also has been posted many times to Usenet, and as you don't
post relevant information there is little anyone could do to help you
out, other than to refer you to the troubleshooting chapter in the net
administrators manual.
