When you see yourself driving a car off the cliff ... do you just keep going because you have so many miles behind you?

Then unless you are paid by the hour polish up your resume. Because this vendor is clueless about Oracle basics and is going to be responsible for a lot of grief and a lot of nights and weekends at the office.
