Question regarding import and export

I have a question regarding what will be the efficient way to export / import to different version of database.

Here is the details:

Source database version 8.1.7.4
Table type: partitioned

Dest database version: 10.2.0
Table type: partitioned

Do I just use export and import or I can use new util like data pump?

Any other method or tool?
